Your divvyPACK is a personalized roll of pre-sorted medications with clearly marked dates and times. The packs include any vitamins and over-the-counter medications you select.

Your divvyCARD lists your current medications and dosages. Keep it with you to help save time during your medical appointments.
Detailed medication list
Your divvyLABEL on each box lists each of your medications, dosages, and directions with a picture of the pill.

divvyDOSE works with your insurance and tracks your medications so you don’t run out of what you need with each divvyREFILL.

* divvyDOSE pharmacy is affiliated with Optum Rx, a pharmacy benefits manager. Not all medications are available to be filled through divvyDOSE. divvyDOSE will communicate any possible refill restrictions during your initial intake. There are other pharmacies available in your network that pre sort medications. You do not have to use divvyDOSE to fill your medications. For a full list of pharmacies in the network under your health plan, call the customer service number on the back of your health plan ID card. Your receipt of this communication is acknowledgment of the information provided.
